hi mate looks like this is your first time ok follow me
- extract the file from rar
- open the folder that you extract it
- you will find a file called install.inf right click on it then click install and wait til it finish it will take 5 to 10 seconds
- now you installed the cursor
how to change to it,go to control panel and open mouse on the pointer section you will find the mouse you installed choose it then apply and ok
